Our custom cakes are unique and specially designed for your event! Starting prices shown are for our simple buttercream and fondant cakes. Design elements like handmade characters, sugar flowers, macarons, ruffles, hand-painted gold details, etc., will be an additional charge.
Each cake tier consists of 2 layers of cake and one layer of filling, making them about 4.5 – 5” tall. Specialty carved cakes like purses are for 35ppl+ and start at $350. We don’t make number-shaped cakes or sheet cakes.

SSC knows allergies are a severe concern for many of our clients, so our bakery does not use any products that are made with or manufactured in a facility with peanuts or tree nuts…we don’t allow any nuts on our premises either. All our desserts are made from scratch in our nut-free kitchen.

Our Italian Meringue Buttercream fillings are made from scratch using egg whites, cooked sugar (sugar and water heated to a particular temperature), and real butter. It is a lightly sweetened, mousse-like buttercream. We flavor it in various ways, using our homemade preserves, dulce de leche, banana pudding, etc. We do not use fresh fruit fillings since fruit expels water, which can cause the cake to shift and affects the fondant.

Vegan Cake Flavors
Our vegan cakes are made without ANY animal products: eggs, milk, dairy, butter. They are filled & covered in a vegan frosting (chocolate, vanilla, cookies & cream, lemon, or vegan cream cheese). We can also accommodate soy-free sweets upon request.
